Work Request Process for Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Teams
Please use the FAMIS site to submit any work requests for the Facilities Maintenance and Custodial teams.
Important Note:
For requests that are emergencies or require immediate attention, directly contact the appropriate member of the Campus Services Team.
We are not able to constantly monitor work requests as they come in, and it may take up to a day for us to see your request. You may still be asked to submit a FAMIS ticket after notifying Campus Services of the issue.
If you bring requests forward through other means of communication, please note that you may be asked to submit a ticket in the FAMIS system. This ensures that we do not lose or forget about any requests and helps us stay organized to better serve everyone.
